About Us

Mike and Rach Hedges set up Dish Deli and Kitchen in June 2011 after many years of working within the Hospitality Trade – Mike in the Kitchens of Rosette Standard Hotels and Restaurants in London and Brighton, and Rach within Recruitment and HR in Restaurants and Branded Hotels in the same areas. 

We are passionate about good food and wanted to own a place where you could come and enjoy freshly cooked delicious food and take home inspiring products to use at home all in a buzzing, fun, community based environment with a lovely,  personalised service. . . . .  .  So hopefully that’s what you’ll find Dish provides!

Our lovely team are very good at looking after our customers and we work hard to source ever changing products that you will not find in the Supermarkets and will go out of our way to find any products for our customers that we might not already stock – we hope you are inspired with what we have to offer.
